BodySmart Forever

Hereford Physical Therapy’s Wellness staff is pleased to offer BodySmart Forever weight management and healthy living program. This program is straight from Europe and has been developed utilizing Harvard University research on the Low Glycemic Insulinemic (LOGI) Diet.

More research on health issues is pointing to our diets of refined sugars, processed foods and simple carbohydrates. Interestingly, the American Food Pyramid sets us up for a host of chronic medical conditions (obesity, diabetes etc.) because of its high carbohydrate utilization.

The BodySmart program will assist your body in resetting its own natural metabolism by decreasing its dependence on processed and refined foods. This program teaches you how to lose weight comfortably without starving, Yo-Yoing or having to exercise to exhaustion.
