Appointments

Our office hours are by appointment only. Please call (410) 229-0055 between the hours of 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM to schedule a physical therapy initial evaluation or orthotic fitting. Hereford Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine will make every effort to accommodate you as soon as possible. Saturday morning hours are also available for your convenience.

When you call, please have your insurance information available. Our goal is to pre-register you so that we can verify your benefits. In this way, you will only have to confirm all necessary information with our front desk on your first visit.

We ask that you bring any needed referrals along with all up-to-date insurance cards, as we need to make copies of them.

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing (shorts and tank top are preferred) at the time of your initial visit.

If for some reason you cannot keep an appointment, 24-hour notice would be appreciated.
