Appointments

Our office hours are by appointment. Please call 410-229-0055 between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM to schedule a physical therapy initial evaluation or orthotic fitting. Hereford Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine will make every effort to accommodate you as soon as possible. Saturday morning hours are also available for your convenience.

When you call, please have your insurance information available. Our goal is pre-registration so that we can verify your benefits. In this way, patients will only have to confirm all necessary information with our front desk staff at the point of your first visit.

We ask that you bring any needed referrals along with all up-to-date insurance cards, as we need to copy them.

Please wear loose comfortable clothing (shorts and tank top are preferred) at the time of your initial visit.

If for some reason you cannot keep an appointment, 24-hour notice would be appreciated.
